Stronger families, thriving communities, and a more sustainable economy.
Redefining Wealth for a Better World
At CareWeLTH, our philosophy is grounded in the triple bottom line: Financial, Environmental, and Social impact. We believe wealth isn’t just measured in dollars, it’s measured in stronger families, thriving communities, and a more sustainable economy. Our work sets out to change lives and drive equitable, profitable outcomes by bringing strategic insight together with a human-centered approach.
David A. Griffiths
As CEO of CareWeLTH, I bridge financial readiness, real estate growth, and social sustainability. My work expands beyond balance sheets and into communities — from launching financial literacy initiatives like I SEE ME to building generational wealth pathways through LEGUP Wealth. Locally, I’m a youth football coach with the York Region Lions, where I mentor young people to lead with confidence on and off the field.
With 25+ years of corporate leadership at organizations such as IBM, RBC, CIBC, TD and Symcor, I’ve led large-scale business transformations across industries and continents. Today, I apply that same expertise to support Canadians with:
- Mortgages: As a Licensed Mortgage Agent with Pineapple, specializing in reverse mortgages, I help clients unlock home equity and design stress-free retirements.
- Real Estate Investments: I guide clients and investors in building generational wealth through Missing Middle and multigenerational housing that also delivers community impact.
- Consulting & Advisory: I partner with leaders to drive transformation, balance performance with purpose, and align strategy with legacy.
Beyond business, I’m the Founder of Brothers Who Care, a non-profit advancing financial literacy, education, and mental health, and a youth football coach in York Region, committed to mentoring the next generation of leaders.
Known as The Glue | The Advisor | The Coach | The Connector | The Care Leader | The Mental Health Advocate, I thrive at the intersection of business, technology, and community impact. My mission is simple: to help people and organizations realize their full potential, connect purpose with prosperity, and leave lasting legacies.
